Looks after the planning, control and improvement of the company's quality system.
Due to the extensiveness and complexity of the expertise on offer there is a further subdivision into quite distinct complementary operational areas with the aim of making the design process easier to rationalize, exploiting the skills and specializations available to guarantee a first-class result across the board.
In particular, each unit belongs to one of the main areas of specialization:
• Infrastructure and mobility system design;
• Architecture and Interior Design
• Civil and structural design;
• Environmental design
• Landscape design and planning;
• Works supervision and inspections.
Another fundamental contribution to the Integrated Design process is guaranteed by Specialist Performance Units, whose members are individual experts with great expertise, who work with the various design groups to develop analyses, solutions and proposals in specific fields including:
• road design and traffic calming;
•analytical design of infrastructure and hydraulic systems;
•acoustics and critical environmental factors (climate, atmosphere, noise, vibrations and electromagnetic fields);
•setting up of construction sites;
•geotechnics - GIS and transport studies;
•data archiving and management;
•graphic editing integration and management;
•3D modelling - static rendering and dynamic simulations – website management;
•graphic communication and packaging design for projects – management of company brochures;
•cartography with digital graphics support and aerial surveys;
•calculations, estimates and specifications.

Policreo’s Quality Management System complies with the requisites of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 standard, Certificate No. 50 100 3605 - Rev. 04 - TÜV Sud.
In particular, as can be understood from Paragraph 1.1 of the company's Quality Manual, the system applies to all the activities that affect the quality of the services offered to customers, namely:
